Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices given on product pages include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

The added tax of the flat rate for the delivery depends on the acquired goods (for example, books), the tax can be lower if the aquired goods are exposed to lower taxes.
That means that the delivery rate may only be finally charged during the order process. However, the rate can not get higher, but only lower in your favour.

Shipping costs are communicated to you during the basket process and reconfirmed on the order page.

No shipping costs are incurred with digital content (e.g. e-books, software, etc.).
